YSO was founded by three sophomores at Panther Creek High - Hemanth Dogiparti, Yadunand Sreelesh, and Anay Ravindra, with the goal of assisting students in gaining valuable experience in the STEM field and preparing them for the career they pursue. Our goals, ambitions and inspirations have come together to form a truly amazing organization that all of us are proud to be a part of. It is our dream to be able to witness STEM students achieve their goals and aspire with the subjects they find fascinating. We provide them with all the resources they need to stand out on applications and resumes. For our members, YSO teaches members on various different STEM careers (description, salaries, education level required, difficulty, etc.) in our monthly general meetings, we find internships for hands-on experience work and experience in the STEM field, and the opportunity to professionally volunteer and shadow in the field of your choice.
